The Cedars residents loved their American breakfast and as a thank you to the staff the residents requested that the Cedars staff have their own breakfast as a thank you. The Cedars have enjoyed many activities this week such as dominoes, bingo, holy communion, singers and making our herb garden.

Springcare donates to Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire Blood Bikes

Each year Springcare choose several charities to receive donations. One of the charities that Springcare chose was Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire Blood Bikes. The charity was an easy choice for Springcare to make for they provide a free of charge motorcycle courier service supporting the NHS which in turn saves them money which can then be used for patient care. Pub quiz at The Cedars

We had a pub quiz with a sing a long and the feel of a real ale pub. Thank you to the local pubs for donating beer mats and menu folders. The teams were called: The mighty Alan’s The forget me nots The Shrewsbury gang The phantom four The phantom four and the Shrewsbury gang came in joint 1st!
