All service users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.

Hatton Court welcomed Gilly Hemming as their new Home Manager in October 2021. Gilly has been with Springcare for almost 10 years, working both as a nurse and as a Deputy Manager within Shropshire. Before becoming Home Manager at Hatton Court, Gilly acted as Deputy manager for 6 months at the home.

“I am honoured to have taken on the role of Home Manager and look forward to a new and exciting challenge. When not at the home, I enjoy spending my spare time running around after my two children and taking our loveable dog, Millie, on walks, and enjoying a god cup of tea. My passion for care has been deeply rooted ever since I started my nursing career and I look forward to sharing my passion with my team”

Visitors are always welcome. If you would like to arrange a tour of the home, please contact the Gilly directly who will be pleased to assist you.
