We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Admin team, where you will provide support to the Maintenance Manager & Director.

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Liaise with facilities manager in coordinating all maintenance works within the homes and all rental properties within the timescales laid out.
  • Manage the junior administrator 
  • To plan and coordinate all works at Springcare and it’s related properties. Ensuring that all works are carried out within set timescales adhering to health and safety at all times.
  • Oversee timescales on work 
  • Manage daily adhoc tasks that come in
  • Lead on screwfix orders
  • Lead on the faultfixers system 
  • Book compliance 
  • Manage the programme of works for the maintenance team.
  • Ensure action is taking from reports such as fire assessments and creating the plan of action and meeting it’s timescales.

What are we looking for?

Must have experience working with rentals. 

High organisation as it is a role in a very busy department with a lot going on
Hold NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
Able to prioritise work load
Good organisational skills
Good telephone manner

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
