We are excited to have a new opportunity for another part time Training Co-ordinator to join our Operations and HR team, where you will assist in the smooth delivery and support of Springcares training needs.


The role 

The role of Training Coordinator, would involve, organising skills training & staff training to enable Springcare employees to perform their roles in accordance with their job descriptions.

As well as liaising with third parties, you would assist your line manager in organising a professional CPD programme for nurses to enable them to continue their professional development and their NMC re-validation process.

Keeping up to date accurate records and other administrative tasks.

22 hours per week worked over 3 days and will be job shared with our current training co-ordinator.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced administrator, who is able to prioritise and help to organise the provision of skills training, staff training and development for all employees.

You would be able to adapt to ad hoc situations when needed to and have a flexible “can do approach”

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, honest, self-motivated and someone who loves to work both in a team and on their own.

The successful candidate would require a Standard DBS check, two written references (one must be from last employer), and evidence of right to work in the UK check.
