HR Apprentice with Springcare

We are a family run group of Residential and Nursing homes and we want you to join our Springcare family here at our head office in Whitchurch Shropshire.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our HR team, where you will provide support to the HR department.  The role is for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role:

In this role you would be providing administration support to the HR team and supporting the HR department in the daily administration of its activities.

You will also liaise with employees and line managers across all our homes both verbally and in writing.

You will help to create a productive work environment by designing, implementing and monitoring management’s employee development processes, programmes and policies.

Experience and Knowledge for the role:

  • Time management
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook email, Word and Excel

Aptitude, skills and abilities

  • Willingness to learn
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good listening skills

Future Prospects:

  • Willing to work towards CIPD level 3

Permanent role on completion.

Full apprenticeship training will be provided through our training programme.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
